Mukta Vati Ingredients

Gotu Kola – Brahmi

Also referred to as simply Centella, this herb has been used in traditional African and Chinese medicine for centuries. When consumed as a supplement, Cantella releases nitric oxide into the body. This increases blood flow by relaxing arteries and promoting oxygen and nutrients to flow freely to the body, fueling organs and reducing stress. The properties found in this plant also help strengthen capillaries and connective tissue in the body, while at the same time promoting healing and cell regeneration.

Aloe Weed – Shankhpushpi

A native plant of India, this plant is known for its calming effects. It naturally reduces feelings of anxiety and promotes quality sleep and a sense of peacefulness. Another benefit of this plant is that it helps break down fatty deposits in the body, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease and promote a lean appearance.  This herb also has a high concentration of flavonoids, which help boost the immune system and strengthen blood capillaries.

Arjuna Bark – Terminalia Arjuna

Commonly referred to as arjuna, this herb is from the arjuna tree, which can be found in Central India as well as in parts of Bengal. It contains components that stimulate the heart’s function, making it ideal to help treat and prevent heart problems including cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure. It naturally helps fight bad cholesterol and boost good cholesterol by directly acting on lipids found in the blood stream. It has a slight diuretic effect, which helps flush the body of toxins, promoting healing and overall good health.

Climbing Staff Tree – Jyotishmati

This plant grows natively in India, Australia, and even places such as China and Taiwan. It has the ability to flourish in many different climates—and every place it grows has used it for medicinal purposes for centuries. It has long been used to help with aches and pains associated with aging and injury while promoting heart health as well. The alkaloids help the circulatory system function optimally and strengthen blood vessels. An additional benefit of this herb is that it improves mental function—you’ll be more alert and retain information you learn instead of forgetting it!

Indian Elecampane Root – Pushkarmool

This is another herb that acts as a powerful blood purifier. No matter how healthy a person eats, toxins from the environment and food get absorbed into the body. Fortunately the body has many systems in place to help filter these toxins and free radicals to help prevent them from damaging the body. Pushkarmoo helps boost the body’s ability to do this.

Winter Cherry Root – Ashwaganda

This herb is also referred to as Indian ginseng. It has a very powerful antioxidant effect on the body, being high in lipids and calcium. It also helps reduce the level of stress induced toxins in the blood stream, which aids in reducing overall stress levels and blood pressure. Additionally, this herb helps increase oxygen flow through the blood stream, which is vital to organ function and improves brain function as well.

Fresh Water Pearl Powder  – Mukta Pishti

This herb is as glamorous as it sounds. Pearl powder has benefits for the mind such as fighting depression and can help the body realign when conditions such as digestive upset occur. It is also known as a heart tonic, promoting overall good health and a way to reduce hypertension, which is a big factor in high blood pressure. Pearl powder helps purify the blood and cleans it of toxins that can increase stress levels

  1. I have been taking Mukta Vati for several years. It has successfully reduced my blood pressure. I now only need to take 2 tablets each day to maintain the effect. It has successfully reduced my fast pulse rate which helps me to relax and sleep better. It does not have any side effects.

  2. I have been astounded by the effectiveness of Mukta Vati and have been singing it’s praises to all since I first started taking it over 2 years ago. I am a healer and yoga teacher and have experienced stress related high blood pressure for many years despite trying a variety of remedies both herbal and medicinal as well as meditation and relaxation. My blood pressure remained high. When my doctor advised taking beta blockers and statins I said I would research alternatives and I came across Mukta Vati and took the advised dose. Within 2 weeks my blood pressure had regularised and I am now down to taking half a tablet twice daily and my blood pressure remains healthy and lower than it has ever been, My doctor is satisfied that I no longer require any of his prescribed medicines – I just wish he were able to prescribe Mukta Vati to his other patients!

  3. After a heart attack in 1986 and being ‘forced’ to take chemical pills which not only did not agree with my system, but also interfered with my digestion I was keen to discover a natural alternative. I was led to Mukta Vati and have been taking it ever since, with short breaks, as I do not believe in taking any form of medication (natural or otherwise) on a continuous basis if not absolutely necessary. My general feeling of good health improved and my blood pressure came down after taking MV for a while with no noticeable side effects, It was what i was looking for as a supplement. So I continue with it now, and am happy to recommend it, for a trial period of course. For me the fact that it is based on ayurvadic principles is almost enough.

  4. I have been taking Mukta Vati for about 8 years when my BP was 200+/100+. I started on the full dose and was amazed when my blood pressure went down after 6 days . I then started to cut down on my doctors medication which really wasn’t working. I did try cutting it out recently but within a few days my BP increased again which proved to me that I still have HBP and that Mukta Vati controls it. I am so grateful to whoever makes these brilliant Ayurvedic pills without the side effects of doctors medications.

  5. I have been on several tradition medications all with side effects. Have been on Mutka Vati
For a week now, two tabs twice daily taken with warm milk. My blood pressure has never been lower. Went from 140/90 to 120/ 81 Just amazing! Would recommend to anyone, I am so grateful!
